First there's <a href="http://meneame.net/">Meneame</a>, the <a href="http://meneame.net/archives/meneame-src.tgz">source code</a> is commented in Spanish so it may help to speak a little, but you can clearly see that it works by the heavily trafficked production version of the site. </p> <p><img src="http://cmsfactor.com/files/pligg.gif" alt="" /></p> <p>2. Only speak English?
